Wearcoat “T” is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin abrasion protection system containing sapphire, hard alumina, ceramic beads to withstand severe cavitation.
Wearcoat “B” brushable wear resistant compound is applied to the surface with a brush or roller to the required thickness.
When cured, Wearback “HP" crusher backing material provides a high compressive strength support for wear liners.

Epoxy resin abrasion protection systems

Wearcon offers the following abrasion and impact resistant epoxy resin lining systems.

Wearcoat "T" is an epoxy resin system containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads that is applied to the surface, with a trowel or by hand, requiring an abrasion resistant liner.

Wearcoat "B" is an epoxy resin system containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads that is applied to the surface with a brush. This gives a tough, high gloss surface, which eliminates sticking and turbulence, but will withstand severe cavitation, tough abrasion and corrosion.

Wearback "STD" is an impact and abrasion resistant epoxy resin system backing material specifically designed for easy use in all types of crushers and grinding mills.

Wearback "HP" is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system formulated for the use as a superior backing compound for crusher liners. When cured it provides a high compressive strength support for wear liners

Wearback "PR" is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system formulated for the use in large primary crushers that requires high impact and compressive strengths. In addition, our impact grid has very high impact and wear resistant properties. Tests have proven the impact grid performs seven to ten times longer than similar applications.
Epoxy grout

Deep pour grout is a 100% solids modified epoxy grout formulated for fast and easy pouring up to 150mm. Due to the fluid consistency of the product, it flows well under rails, structural columns etc. It withstands high torque loading and vibration and bonds to steel, concrete. It can withstand temperatures up to 75°C.

Fast set grout is our 100% solids epoxy grouting system formulated for fast and easy pouring from 5mm to 25mm.
